For Tailored-made shirts + printing (included sublimation printing)

• Printing lead time is 3-4 weeks. 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, production and shipment may be delayed. Please allow additional working days in transit for delivery.

There will have additional sample charges: 

• Tshirt or polo shirt sample - RM100/pc
• F1 uniform or Jackets sample -  RM200/pc. 

The extra paid amount for sample can be refundable if continue the bulk quantity order. 

If in the end didnt confirm the bulk order, the sample fees that already paid are not refundable.

You may browse our inspiration design library and choose your preferable design. 

Yes you can send any form of reference image / sketch to describe the design that you want, and we can help to do the design. 

It is free of charge (FOC) for simple design. If it's quite complicated, our design fee start from RM50.

For sublimation, redrawing design fee start from RM100++.

We will create digital mockup visualizations, which allowing you to review your brand presentation before we proceed with full production runs. 

Kindly note that the digital mockup visual is for illustration purpose only. The colour & printing sizes of the actual outcome might have +- 20% difference with the mockup visual.  

Adobe Illustrator files (.AI format) give optimal results.

Alternative formats such as Adobe Photoshop (.PS), and PDF are also accepted.

*Please make sure all your images are embed, and all your wording are outlined to avoid missing images and missing fonts. 

If you dont have any of these format files, you may also send high resolution JPEG or PNG image files.

Please note that it may require conversion time and could incur additional setup fees.

For the most current inventory levels, please verify with us on the day you're ready to place your order. 

Yes, you can. 

You can bring your own cloth to our showroom (at Cheras Pandan Indah) and pass it for printing. 

If the area is far from you, you can choose to send your own cloth to us by courier delivery. Please note that the delivery fee and charge is at your own expense, we will not bear for it.

Our sales team will send you a tracking number and tracking link via whatsapp after your order are shipped out.

Please make sure the contact number that you provide to us is correct. 

Because we custom print according to your order, we cannot offer any exchange or refund for a change of mind about the tshirt type or size that you have chosen.

Exchanges and refunds are STRICTLY NOT ALLOWED for change of mind, size, colour, or quantity.

Below are the type of issues that entitled for an exchange for a new product:

• Defect on the product.
• Wrong Word/ Number/ Graphic/ Size/ Sleeve/ T-shirt Colour from OUR side.

Items must be returned unwashed and with all tags attached.

Sincerely apologize there will be no compensation if the defect is due to typing errors or wrong details given BY CUSTOMER during order process.

However, no exchange for defected item is allowed after 7 days’ period.

Post the defected item to our office. (Dont forget to keep the consignment note)

Inform our customer service team regarding the tracking number and the amount of postage fees. (attach with consignment note and receipt of postage)

We will process the new item(s) after receive the defected shirts and takes about 5-7 working days for repost.
